We have some of Daventry's best personal trainers at Imperial Bodies who pride themselves on helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, each has a different skill to help you really focus on your needs.

Deena Pralat at Built By Deena and owner of Imperial Bodies is our Nutrition expert and is passionate about making sure your body moves well so you can achieve anything. Bodybuilding and Weightlifting are her main focus providing great Body transformations for everybody.

Dawn French of Transform With Dawn Fitness is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer  

Tom Kendall  has over 13 years experience as a qualified Trainer and GCSE PE Teacher

Jack Collins works for Empowerment Fitness in Northampton and is our CrossFit specialist and Weightlifting Coach

Reception Staff

You will see Sam (Clutz) working every Saturday and maybe lucky to see her again during the weekday evennings.

Jordan will be working our reception desk every Sunday and Wednesday, Thursday evenings and both will be happy to answer any questions or contact a Coach for more specified advice.
