I’m a 44-year-old mum of four—three boys and one girl, aged 24, 21, 16, and 14. Motherhood has been an incredible journey, full of challenges and triumphs that have shaped who I am today.
Life hasn’t always been easy. I’ve faced abusive relationships, struggled with alcohol dependence, and spent years searching for who I truly am and what I love.
At 31, I decided enough was enough. I wanted to be healthier, not just for my kids, but for my future self. In June 2012, I joined a gym, a decision that changed everything.
Despite my initial fears of getting “big and bulky,” I quickly discovered how empowering fitness could be. I felt stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever before.
This was the start of a whole new chapter, a choice to take control of my life and embrace the best version of myself.

Simon thrives on challenges and knows how to push limits—both his own and yours.
As a former competitor on Fort Boyard and someone who completed an entire month of the intense Murph WOD, Simon’s determination is unmatched. (Yes, it’s worth a Google!)
