Our Classes

Members with Gym Membership +, Group PT sessions and the Overhaul membership get free access to the Friday Night Lights, every Friday night at 18:00pm and the Saturday Morning W.O.D sessions.

Friday Night Lights

This is a 60-minute coach led session.

Designed for experienced lifters and gym enthusiasts, this session is self-led and perfect for those who love to push their limits.

Whether you're a fan of CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, or just enjoy the dynamic energy of a Team W.O.D, this class offers the perfect mix of challenge and fun.

 

Step into the gym, soak up the atmosphere, and focus on taking your performance to the next level.

What to Expect:

  • 3-5 intense workouts to test your strength and endurance.

Team W.O.D

These are 90 minute sessions.

 

WOD stands for Workout of the Day, a dynamic and challenging session designed to test your strength, endurance, and mental grit.

 

At Imperial Bodies, our WODs are more than just workouts; they’re an opportunity to connect with others, push your limits, and leave everything on the floor.

Whether you're new to functional fitness or a seasoned pro, WODs bring everyone together in a fun, high-energy environment.
